Our experts provide technical assistance to election officials, engage the underrepresented to participate in the political and democratic process, and apply field-based research to improve the electoral cycle. USICES deploys well-known democracy and election practitioners with years of experience in delivering training and capacity development programs to professionalize the administration of elections. We use national and global expertise to improve local capacity and build a sustainable democracy.
